We are seeking to recruit self-motivated, qualified persons of high integrity to the position of Technical Manager who will be also an Assistant to the Operations Director; Repair and maintenance of our fleet, to oversee all staff, budgets, and activities of our technical department.
The interested candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Minimum of three years of proven experience in a managerial position
- Skills in business administration, (HR, Finance, procurement, operations, etc)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced software usage skills in Excel and other MS software
- Able to make decisions of technical nature
- Minimum Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a Business-related field. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication (English & French)
- Having a Driving licence / Category B is an added advantage
