Job responsibilities
● Verification of the applicant’s information and provision of related digital certificate services;
● Responds to inbound phone calls, customer requests, and emails to ensure that effective action is taken;
● Assists users using appropriate and trusted methods/tools;
● Uses procedures, policy manuals, knowledge base and other reference materials to assisting or resolving customer issues;
● Provides cancellation quotes based on state-specific requirements and contract terms;
● Handling customer requests from beginning to end;
● Provides information on required user guide;
● Evaluates and processes the claims, from customers Maintains accurate log of claim at every step of the process;
● Works with Trust Services delivery Manager on the following user claims. Report claims regularly;
● Makes escalated judgement decisions and provides resolution as dictated by internal policy;
● Working as a team member focusing on customer service;
● Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
