SUPPLY OF ELEVEN TABLET PHONES

SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is an International NGO and above all that protects the rights of vulnerable children and takes care of children who have lost or who are at risk of losing parental care. The organization is implementing a range of programs covering childcare, youth care, family strengthening and advocacy of child rights. To achieve those goals, it organizes and conducts diverse training sessions for SOS co-workers in and outside the country.

It is the reason why SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda, would like is seeking competent Bidders to supply 11 Tablets Phones for RAFIKI Project.

1. Eligible bidders should provide following requirement:

a) Copy of Trading License
b) VAT certificate
c) Proof of having Electronic Billing Machine (EBM)
d) Copy of Legal Status of the Company
e) Original or a certified copy of the Rwanda Social Security Board valid certificate;
f) Copy of the valid tax clearance certificate if delivered online, if not the document must be certified
g) An original or a certified copy of valid bankruptcy certificate issued by the RDB
h) Proven experience in the supply electronics equipment plus a copy of the contract at least three (5) references indicate the telephone number of Project Managers represent the Procuring Entities.
i) Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Bid to commit the Bidder
j) Proof of payment of tender submission fees equivalent to (30,000 Rwf) Thirty thousand Rwandan Francs payable on SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR.

2. Expected outputs

a)    Supply and delivery of tablet phones with provided specifications.
b)    Ensuring that the supplied items are of a good nature
